Can I cancel the order or get a refund?

With digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun and you have expressly asked for it to begin before the withdrawal period is over. That is what happens here: your song is produced individually for you immediately after purchase. We point this out during checkout.

So the protection sits somewhere else, namely earlier. You read the complete lyrics and hear the first 45 seconds of the finished recording before you pay. That means you are not buying something unknown. In practice this is more security than a right of withdrawal after the fact, because you decide on the basis of the finished result.

Regardless of the legal position: if something goes wrong or the result is unusable, email us. We will find a solution, as a rule a fresh version, without charging you again. That is written into our terms as well.

If a payment went through but no song arrived at all, because something jammed technically for instance, that is not a withdrawal case but a fault on our side. Get in touch and we will either deliver or refund.

A practical tip for tight timing: test it one day too early rather than one hour too late. A preview costs nothing, and ordering two days before the party instead of two hours before leaves you room in the unlikely event of a problem.
